What the job is
Program: Customized physical and mental health support addressing stress, nutrition, sleep, functional movement, and financial wellness. Identified groups include approximately 220 personnel exposed to workplace trauma.
Providers: An actively licensed, practicing medical doctor and an actively licensed master's-level mental health clinician specializing in stress injuries, both experienced with first responders and law enforcement; certified nutrition and functional movement professionals.
Services: Ongoing individual counseling, physician consultations, wellness coaching, movement screenings, group training, wellness content, and regularly scheduled in-person office hours. Multiple Twin Cities office locations and statewide service capability are needed.
Meetings and reporting: Startup meetings, quarterly wellness meetings and aggregate utilization reports, plus leadership reviews twice yearly.
Term: Anticipated November 15, 2026–November 14, 2028, with up to three additional years.
Pricing: Please provide maximum hourly rates by role, including travel and all other costs, and proposed service capacity and office-hour frequency and duration.
