What they need
- CabinetryOak shaker panel doors, concealed soft-close hinges, dovetailed drawer bodies, and soft-close drawer slides. Paint or stain color and handles to be selected; apply three coats of acrylic finish.
- DimensionsTall upper cabinets 36¾ inches high; window cabinet runs of 128½ inches by the kitchen, 171 inches on the west wall, 161 inches on the south wall, and 126 inches on the east wall. Include TV cabinet cover and wood top per drawings.
- Countertops and sinkHigh-definition laminate countertops with custom edges; color to be selected. Include a deep stainless steel undermount sink with coordinated faucet holes and a food warming cover. Facility staff will supply and install the faucet.
- Site visitRequired before quoting to verify dimensions and existing conditions; available Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- PricingInclude labor, materials, delivery, installation, disposal, and applicable taxes, using Rock County prevailing wage rates. Provide your lead time.
