Please quote replacement and expansion of the video surveillance system with two servers for Hastings Area School System at 232 W. Grand St., Hastings, MI 49058.

Hardware: Avigilon Alta Cloud Connector servers, model APP-3100-160-SFP, with SFP+ optical connections and storage for 278 cameras, at least 30 days of recordings, and backup capacity.
Installation: Include delivery, rack mounting, power connections, and SFP transceiver connections.
Migration: Move existing camera connections; set up network addresses, video streams, motion detection, automatic backup operation, and existing Active Directory permissions.
Licensing: Include all required enterprise camera licenses, with 5-year and 10-year options.
Testing: Include system testing, administrator training, hardware warranty, and local support details.
Qualifications: Confirm Avigilon / Motorola Solutions Certified Partner status and include applicable Barry County prevailing wages.
