HardwareRugged devices rated for -40°C to +85°C, with vibration and moisture protection, secure mounting, and ignition-based power management to prevent battery drain.
PlatformVendor-hosted software with web, Android, and iOS access; interactive maps; grooming mileage and session records by machine and club; reimbursement reporting; and CSV/Excel exports. Mobile-responsive web access is acceptable with equivalent functionality.
Integration and securityMiLogin single sign-on, an API for grooming-data transfer to a grants platform, role-based access, audit trails, and U.S.-based hosting and data access.
Service and pricingSeparately price the pilot and full rollout, including hardware, installation, subscriptions, communications, integrations, training, and support for five years with five optional annual extensions. Include 99.98% uptime and 24/7 support, or identify proposed alternatives.
