What the job is
- Scope: Review existing insurance policies, identify exposures, assess risk tolerance, and develop a comprehensive risk-management program.
- Coverage: Evaluate and market property, vehicle, liability, employment practices, crime, pollution, workers’ compensation, cyber, and related coverages.
- Brokerage Services: Solicit carrier proposals, secure selected coverage, and verify all policies, binders, and endorsements.
- Ongoing Support: Provide claims assistance, quarterly management meetings, annual program reviews, and optional annual presentations.
- Term: Five years beginning March 1, 2027.
- Pricing: Provide fixed annual fees for each contract year; carrier commissions are prohibited.
