Coverage and pricing: Include annual subscription, maintenance and support, continued warranty and service levels, and separate pricing for additional capacity and optional services.
Alternative platform: If proposing a replacement, include equivalent functionality, customization and data transfer at no additional charge, with annual maintenance and support costing no more than $133,780.28.
