Project size: Existing facility of approximately 265,100 square feet on 90 acres; options for 1,300–1,645 students with an estimated total project cost of $150–$500 million.
Potential continuation: Design, bidding, construction, and closeout management, subject to approval and funding.
Project director: MCPPO certification required, plus Massachusetts architect or professional engineer registration with at least five years of relevant experience, or at least seven years of relevant experience without registration.
Mandatory walkthrough: October 19, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the school.
