ExteriorReplace basement door with fiberglass or modified steel unit and commercial lockset compatible with existing master key; install screened chimney cap.
Women’s bathroomInstall containment; clean and apply antimicrobial treatment to ceiling, walls, and floor; install humidistat switch and commercial door stop.
Men’s bathroomInstall containment; pull/reset toilet; remove/reinstall 4¼-inch baseboard; demolish wall adjacent to vault and vinyl flooring; inspect subfloor and wall cavity; treat mold and dry before rebuilding.
Reconstruction and finishesInstall sealed foam-board wall insulation, ½-inch moisture-resistant gypsum board with three coats of joint compound, Tarkett Performa Stonework Dover 55031 vinyl sheet flooring, and two removable insulated pipe chases. Prime walls/ceiling once and paint twice; paint baseboard twice; use glossy finishes.
Additional repairsInstall men’s bathroom humidistat switch, metal switch plate, and commercial door stop; repair window screen.
Work requirementsInclude all labor, equipment, and materials; protect main hall flooring; keep at least one bathroom available throughout. Prevailing wage rates apply; insurance certificate required. Duct cleaning and furnace servicing are excluded.
