What the job is
Schedule: One 8-hour onsite shift each Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, starting November 9, 2026; ongoing service with no fixed end date.
Scope: Preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, controls support, and service reports for commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, and hydronic equipment.
Staffing: Same primary technician weekly with at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, current licenses, and appropriate EPA Section 608 certification.
Emergency coverage: 24/7, including holidays, with onsite response within four hours for critical or significant failures and telephone acknowledgment within 15–30 minutes.
Parts and tools: College supplies repair parts; contractor supplies labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, and consumables.
Pricing: Include regular, after-hours, and holiday labor rates; dispatch/trip fees; minimum charges; and refrigerant pricing. Prevailing wage rates and certified payroll with monthly invoices are required.
