Integrations: Teams and ServiceNow alerting and workflows, with integration or coexistence with OpsRamp and SolarWinds.
Implementation: Discovery, architecture, configuration, testing, documentation, administrator/operator training and production deployment.
Pricing: Quote Phase 1 only, with 1-year and 3-year licensing options, implementation, training and support itemized. Include licensing metrics, quantity assumptions, exclusions and delivery timeline; identify future expansion cost drivers separately.
Cloud requirements: U.S. data residency, encryption in transit and at rest, and at least 99.9% uptime.
