What the job is
Monitoring: VMware hosts, VMs, clusters and datastores; Microsoft 365; Internet endpoints, DNS, HTTPS and certificates; and Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory authentication paths.
Platform: Support on-premises and cloud environments, synthetic monitoring, OpenTelemetry, service dependency mapping, enterprise and service dashboards, role-based access and audit logging.
Integrations: ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, OpsRamp and SolarWinds, including actionable alerts, routing, suppression and escalation; coexist with existing monitoring tools.
Implementation: Include discovery, design, configuration, testing, documentation, administrator/operator training and production handover.
Pricing: Quote Phase 1 only, with separate 1-year and 3-year licensing options, implementation, training and support costs. Identify licensing units, quantities, assumptions and expansion cost drivers.
