What the job is
Top-down audit: Review system records, data, and procedures, with limited field testing, using the AWWA M36 methodology.
Optional bottom-up analysis: Provide separate pricing for field testing and strategies to reduce real water losses in withdrawal, treatment, and distribution systems.
Data review: Use 2025 or 2026 production, metering, consumption, billing, pressure, storage, leak repair, and cost data.
Deliverables and timing: Guide data validation and provide a final audit report for each participating system by June 30, 2027.
Pricing: Please provide per-system pricing and identify assumptions about system size, site visits, and available data.
