Main routes: Estimated 1,950 loads from Shady Grove to Dickerson year-round and 525 loads from Silver Spring to Dickerson during November–January.
Additional routes: Quote 500 backhaul loads from Dickerson to Shady Grove, 100 loads from Dickerson to Oaks Landfill at 6001 Olney Laytonsville Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20882, and 100 loads from Shady Grove to 5402 Van Dusen Road, Laurel, MD 20707.
Equipment: Top-loading trailers with 80–100 cubic yard capacity, complete secured tarps, and at least one foot of freeboard.
Schedule: Same-day delivery with capacity for immediate storm-related hauling and extended hours as needed. Quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Term and pricing: Two years, starting within seven calendar days of authorization, with three optional one-year extensions. Provide a separate all-inclusive price per load for each route; extended hours, weekends, and holidays use the same rate.
