Tent sizes: One 40-foot by 40-foot frame tent at the Pavilion and one 30-foot by 60-foot frame tent at Willow Oak Terrace.
Services: Remove, clean, protect during storage, and reinstall both canvas coverings, including all labor, materials, equipment, and travel.
Schedule: Two visits annually: remove canvas after the last rental and before December 10; reinstall after March 1 and before March 10.
