What the job is
Scope: NSPIRE inspections by certified inspectors covering grounds, exteriors, common areas, building systems, sampled unit interiors, and mold testing.
Reporting: Report observed urgent health and safety hazards within 24 hours. Submit findings in the asset management system and a PDF report with condition assessments, maintenance needs, and labeled photos within 15 calendar days.
Pricing: Provide fixed per-inspection rates for each of three years by property size, region, and property type, including scattered sites. Include travel, mold testing, clerical work, and reporting; inspection volumes are not guaranteed.
