What the job is
Playground surfacing: IPEMA-certified Engineered Wood Fiber meeting ASTM F1292, F1951, and F2075-01a; installed using pneumatic blowing equipment.
Landscape mulch: Double-shredded bark mulch or specified wood chips, naturally brown with no artificial dyes, weeds, invasive plant material, or debris; installed by hand or pneumatic blowing.
Installation: Include delivery, equipment, labor, supervision, spreading to required depth, leveling, and cleanup.
Pricing: Provide separate per-cubic-yard rates for each material delivered and installed, plus hourly worker and supervisor rates. Quantities vary; minimum service order is $500 per site. Bulk drop-delivery pricing should assume over 100 cubic yards to 7446 Hayward Road, Frederick, MD 21702.
Service period: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2028, with firm pricing throughout this period.
