What they need
- InstallationInstall and configure Tellabs BOLT OLTs, ONT140CL and ONT180C terminals, optics, power supplies, and accessories per the equipment list; quantities remain to be confirmed. Remove replaced Motorola equipment.
- RedundancyReplace 1x32 splitters with 2x32 splitters, complete fiber patching, termination, labeling, and testing, and reuse existing fiber wherever feasible.
- IntegrationMigrate voice, data, multicast, and VLAN services; implement IEEE 802.1X with Cisco ISE and Microsoft Intune compliance integration.
- CutoverProvide phased migration, onsite support during approved maintenance windows, and tested recovery and rollback procedures.
- CloseoutInclude security hardening, service and failover testing, configuration backups, as-built documentation, staff training, and a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
- QuoteItemize installation, configuration/integration, professional services, project management/training, additional materials, and optional support. Tellabs certification or substantial implementation experience is required.
