Equipment: Heavy-duty dump trucks, including Freightliner 108SD and 114SD models and other makes and configurations.
Diagnostics: Check engines, transmissions, emissions systems, electrical systems, vehicle networks, brakes, power takeoffs, and dump body controls.
Reports: Find the cause of each problem and provide a written report for each assignment.
Resources: Provide qualified technicians with at least five years of automotive diagnostic experience, manufacturer diagnostic software and access, laptops, connection devices, and all necessary test equipment.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays, with a two-hour minimum for on-site service.
Repairs: Repairs require separate approval.
