- AdministrationReview eligibility and documentation, route recommendations for client approval, manage separate funding categories, and maintain financial controls and confidential records.
- PaymentsDisburse authorized assistance by ACH/direct deposit within a target of 2–5 business days or mailed checks within 7–14 business days.
- Security and reportingEncrypt personal information in transit and at rest, restrict access by role, and provide monthly activity reports, periodic trend reports, and an annual summary.
- PricingItemize implementation, recurring administration, application/transaction, payment, portal, hosting, and reporting fees. Show assistance funds separately as pass-through amounts and include a proposed onboarding schedule.
