What the job is
Staffing and schedule: One psychologist on-site for 20 hours per week over two years, with a flexible schedule subject to approval; estimated clinical hours are 1,040 per year.
Qualifications: Active Maryland psychologist license and at least two years of experience serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, including co-existing mental disorders and challenging behaviors. Staffing firm must have at least two years of comparable clinical staffing experience.
Onboarding and training: Fingerprinted criminal background check required at vendor expense. On-site MANDT, CPR, and First Aid training required; allow 32 training hours in year one and 16 recertification hours in year two.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive hourly clinical rates for each year and identify training pricing separately. Only hours worked are payable; no overtime or holiday premiums or travel reimbursement.
