What the job is
Blinds: 1-inch spring-tempered aluminum slats, steel bottom rails, wand tilt controls, cord lifts and complete mounting hardware; colors selected from the manufacturer’s full range.
Sizes: Widths up to 36 inches and 37–72 inches; height categories up to 24, 25–48, 49–60, 61–72, 73–84 and 85–120 inches. Verify dimensions on site before fabrication.
Services: As-needed replacements, including removal and off-site disposal of existing blinds, installation and cleanup. Estimated annual usage is 63 blinds, with no guaranteed quantity or minimum order.
Pricing: Provide unit prices and discounts off manufacturer’s list prices by size category, plus an hourly installation rate billed in 15-minute increments. Include delivery, overhead and removal/disposal costs; travel time is not billable.
Delivery and duration: Inside delivery within 21 days of each order; one-year service period with four optional annual renewals.
