Analysis and selection: Evaluate current plans and employee satisfaction, benchmark comparable employers, prepare provider quote requests for 2028–2029 plans with four annual renewal options, evaluate responses, and assist with provider selection and negotiations.
Enrollment and support: Develop 2028 enrollment newsletters and guides, coordinate and attend in-person enrollment meetings, provide renewal guidelines for 2029–2031, and offer ongoing consulting as needed.
Term and pricing: One year with four optional annual renewals. Include a fixed fee broken down by service, staff hours and rates, itemized expenses, and hourly rates for additional consulting.
