ScopeProvide labor, equipment, and materials for fuel, oil, hazardous substance, lavatory, and sewage spill containment, cleanup, and decontamination.
Tank removalRemove leaking or failing steel and fiberglass underground storage tanks up to 30,000 gallons, including cleaning, excavation, sampling as needed, and disposal/recycling.
Waste handlingPackage, label, and move collected hazardous waste to designated on-site storage; off-site hazardous waste disposal is handled separately. Include sewage waste disposal.
QualificationsFive years of company experience, current HAZWOPER certification, Maryland UST remover certification, confined space certification, and required airport access credentials.
Term and pricingThree years with an optional two-year renewal. Provide a monthly on-call fee, regular and overtime labor rates, and equipment, material, and testing unit rates.
