What the job is
Services: Provide all labor, equipment, and transportation; test equipment at pickup, load and unload independently, assemble/install equipment including hospital beds, and demonstrate proper use.
Schedule: Pickups and deliveries Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern, excluding holidays. Complete delivery within five business days of pickup and coordinate a 2.5-hour pickup window.
Staffing: Use direct employees only; no subcontracting. At least three years of relevant experience required.
Service period: October 15, 2026–October 14, 2031, on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed volume.
Pricing: Provide a base fee per service covering pickup, delivery, setup, and instruction, a per-mile rate, and any additional fees. Collect 50% from the recipient before service and invoice the remaining 50% monthly.
