Security hardware: Doors must lock from inside the room and provide a visual lock-status indicator.
Equipment: Include two keying machines.
Scheduling: Buildings remain occupied. School-year work hours are 4:00 p.m.–midnight; summer hours are 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Include dust, noise, and safety barriers; exterior audible or visible work is restricted after 7:00 p.m.
Completion: Complete within 365 days of order issuance.
