- Three cleanings annuallySouth Campus Dining Hall (7 hoods), Yahentamitsi (9), Denton (10), Stamp Student Union (7), Jones-Hill House (10), Golf Course Kitchen (1), North Campus Marketplace (1), South Campus Marketplace (1) and IDEA Factory Kitchen (1).
- Other frequenciesThree additional Yahentamitsi hoods require monthly service during operating months (10 cleanings annually for pricing); Xfinity Arena has 14 hood systems cleaned twice annually; SECU Stadium has 28 cleaned annually. Panera, the food truck, Applause Café and Quantum Café each have one hood cleaned annually.
- ScheduleService begins March 1, 2027, for an initial one-year term. Work occurs while kitchens are closed, generally midnight–5 a.m.; Yahentamitsi monthly service runs 10 p.m.–5 a.m. on a weeknight.
- Qualifications and documentationMaryland-licensed, NFPA 96-compliant firm using its own trained employees; no subcontractors. Include signed service reports, dated before-and-after photos and cleaning stickers.
- PricingProvide an all-inclusive price per cleaning for each location, with separate prices for Yahentamitsi's two service groups and Stamp's Panera hood.
