What the job is
Systems: Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens and Schneider Electric, including existing pneumatic controls; BACnet integration with the Metasys ADX server.
Maintenance: Controller inspections, backups, firmware/software updates and server support, with service-call response within 24 hours.
Pricing: Hourly rates by specialty, materials discount from list price, annual maintenance pricing and factory-certified training costs. Include travel, mileage and overhead in rates.
Term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with firm pricing throughout the initial term; work assigned as needed.
