What they need
- EquipmentRemove existing stations and cabling; furnish and install 10 Aiphone IX series stations with Aiphone brand wire at existing locations: four vandal-resistant video door stations and six master/sub video stations, including one exterior pedestal installation.
- System integrationFirst- and second-floor systems must operate independently without internet or external network connections. Connect stations to existing door strikes/mag locks and the new strike.
- Access controlInstall one card reader and electronic strike at door #111A using plenum-rated cabling. Integrate with the existing access control system and support 35-bit HID Corporate 1000 iClass cards.
- Testing and handoverInclude door functionality testing, BICSI cable testing and results, two hours of training, operating manuals, and cleanup.
- Warranty and serviceInclude a two-year equipment maintenance warranty and service response within four hours for emergencies and eight hours for non-emergencies.
- ScheduleWork evenings, 4:30 p.m.–midnight Monday–Friday, or weekends, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Complete within 180 calendar days of authorization, with an overall end date of April 30, 2027.
