What the job is
Schedule: Maintain safe, clear surfaces Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m., plus a small designated area Saturday–Sunday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
Equipment rates: Quote hourly rates with operators for a minimum 3/4-ton 4WD truck with salt spreader; a minimum 3/4-ton 4WD truck with a minimum 7-foot plow and V-box or tailgate spreader; and a minimum 45 HP skid steer with a 4-foot bucket. Include equipment makes and models.
Materials: Quote sodium chloride road salt per ton.
Response: Monitor weather, acknowledge calls or texts within 15 minutes, and arrive onsite for corrective callbacks within 45 minutes.
Service period: From award through August 31, 2027.
