What the job is
Pressure washing and stalls: Wash arena and stadium seating, concourses, and the Rolex Stadium ceiling; remove manure and pressure wash New Barn stalls and approximately 25 Big Barn stalls.
Mats and flooring: Install, remove, move, and clean rubber mats in nine rings ranging from 24,000 to 124,236 square feet. Alltech Arena work includes handling approximately 4,444 mats, each 3 feet by 3 feet and 48 pounds, plus 40,000-square-foot tarp and event deck installations. Include EDU flooring installation/removal and stall wall removal/replacement.
Hourly support: Provide event crews for trash collection, grounds care, minor repairs, ring watering/dragging, and barn aisle sweeping.
Staffing and schedule: Anticipated start December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027; assignments often require overnight completion, with no guaranteed work volume. Provide labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and qualified forklift operators as needed. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and personnel experienced around horses are required.
Pricing: Itemize all services, including hourly crew rates and applicable per-job or per-square-foot rates. The park provides designated restroom supplies, mats, flooring, rock, timbers, and tarp.
