What they need

CleaningTrash removal, restroom sanitation, floor care, suites, offices, and exhibit halls serving Alltech Arena (5,500 seats), Rolex Stadium (7,500 seats), and Covered Arena (1,100 seats); barn stall waste removal and pressure washing, including approximately 25 Big Barn stalls.
Pressure washingArena and stadium seating, Covered Arena concourse, and Rolex Stadium concourse and ceiling. Seating washing is estimated at 1–2 times annually; Rolex concourse and ceiling at 0–1 time annually.
Mats and flooringInstall/remove approximately 4,444 Alltech rubber mats, each 3 × 3 feet and 48 pounds; clean and handle mats across nine rings ranging from 24,000–124,236 square feet. Includes rock/timber placement, 40,000-square-foot tarp and event deck setups, and EDU flooring installation/removal.
Event supportHourly maintenance crews, stall wall removal/replacement, and overnight Tent City trash collection from approximately 30 receptacles for about five days annually.
Staff and equipmentProvide labor, supervision, pressure washers, and additional equipment needed. The park supplies consumables, designated materials, a dump truck, small forklift, Alltech floor machine, and equipment for hourly maintenance tasks. Minimum 10 years of similar cleaning/maintenance experience and experience working around horses required.
PricingProvide separate service rates, an hourly crew rate, and applicable per-square-foot flooring/mat rates.
