Service termMarch 1, 2027–February 28, 2028, with four optional annual renewals.
Golf Center administrationMonday/Wednesday/Friday year-round (52 weeks); clean and restock two single bathrooms, including one shower, mop tile floors, and vacuum rugs.
Public and maintenance building bathrooms: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday, approximately April–mid-December (36 weeks each); clean, mop, and restock men's and women's bathrooms.
Restaurant/clubhouse bathroomsMonday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday, approximately April–mid-January (40 weeks); clean, mop, restock men's and women's bathrooms, and vacuum carpets.
ScheduleEarly morning starts between 6:00 and 7:30 AM, depending on season; manager inspection every two months.
Supplies and pricingInclude labor, cleaning supplies, equipment, insurance, and transportation. Paper products, hand soap, trash liners, and feminine hygiene items are supplied onsite. Provide weekly and annual pricing for each area and a total annual price.
