Service terms: As-needed work from December 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. Rates must include operators (except light plants), fuel, lubrication, maintenance, repairs, and routine mobilization/demobilization. Eight-hour minimum per work order; estimated hours are not guaranteed.
Primary excavator: Estimated 6,000 hours; diesel tracked unit, minimum 145 HP, 46,000 lb operating weight, 25-foot boom, 1.5-cubic-yard bucket, and 42-inch toothed rock bucket; hydraulic thumb or grapple available.
Other excavators: Long-reach: 50-foot boom, 140 HP, 48,000 lb, 1-cubic-yard bucket, thumb or grapple (5 hours). Heavy: 180 HP, 63,000 lb, 30-metric-ton class, toothed bucket up to 48 inches wide (150 hours). Compact: 52 HP, 15,900 lb, 7-metric-ton class, rubber tracks, push blade, zero turn, offset boom, and 36- or 18-inch bucket (150 hours). Large excavator with bucket (10 hours).
Excavator attachments: Compatible 4,000 ft-lb breaker (60 hours), 8,000 ft-lb breaker for the heavy excavator (5 hours), 300 ft-lb breaker for long-reach excavator or high-flow skid steer (5 hours), vibratory ripper (5 hours), and hydraulic breaker (5 hours). Mulching heads: minimum 24-inch cut for the primary excavator (2,000 hours) and 36-inch cut for 25-/50-foot-boom excavators (2,500 hours), both with 90-degree tilt mounts.
Skid steer and attachments: Tracked, minimum 70 HP, high-flow hydraulics, including bucket, heavy-duty forks, and scrap grapple bucket (2,000 hours). Separately quote 24-inch and 40-inch cold planers with hydraulic side shift (10 and 5 hours); quick-attach mower with minimum 6-foot cut and 7-foot length (5 hours); ram hoe with 700–1,300 impact frequency and 1,450–2,175 PSI operating range (5 hours); and road widener with variable-speed conveyor, 10-inch pulleys, either-side discharge, hydraulic width/height adjustment, adjustable shoulder angle, 1–3.5-foot shoulder width, and 2,700 lb empty weight (5 hours).
