Facility: Approximately 8,800 square feet with LVP hard flooring, entrance rugs, offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, and two multi-stall restrooms with two sinks each.
Schedule: Twice weekly outside normal business hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST.
Cleaning: Remove trash, sanitize and restock restrooms, clean the kitchen, dust, mop floors, vacuum rugs, and clean interior and exterior windows quarterly.
Supplies: Provide all cleaning supplies, paper products, trash liners, hand soap, and commercial-grade equipment.
Term: May 1, 2027–April 30, 2032.
Staffing: Include Kansas criminal history background checks for assigned staff.
