What the job is
Door components: Remove panels, tracks, operators, and accessories; inspect and salvage undamaged components for reinstallation.
Demolition: Remove damaged gutters, flashings, insulated metal panels, roof-eave edge girt, and full-width brick veneer from 1 ft. 4 in. to 12 ft. above the garage floor. Salvage undamaged brick and dispose of damaged materials.
Inspection: Inspect backup CMU walls and the C5x9 door header for damage; any required repairs or replacement will be priced separately after review.
Roof and drainage: Install new roof and drainage flashings, insulated metal panels, and gutters matching existing color and profile. Repair roof membrane and gutter flashing for a weathertight system.
Masonry and finishing: Install new brick ties and matching utility brick in red granite velour. Provide color samples for approval, paint and seal exposed steel jambs and heads, reinstall salvaged door components, and clean up debris.
