What the job is
Power and instrumentation: Supply a 15A 120V control breaker, surge protection, 120V UPS, appropriately sized 24VDC power supply, 5-port Ethernet switch, and submersible level transducer.
Telemetry and operator controls: Supply an Arista licensed-frequency radio compatible with the existing system, Yagi antenna with 25 feet of coax and surge protection, and 22mm labeled pump selectors, status lights, and alarm/reset devices.
Services: Include design, submittals, fabrication, installation, PLC/touchscreen programming, testing, existing SCADA and radio integration, Modbus mapping, O&M manuals, operator training, and one callback visit during the first year. Allow multiple on-site days to trace existing wiring without diagrams.
Retained equipment: Keep existing power distribution equipment, float switches, ABS protection modules, fiber equipment, and alarm dialer.
Materials: All supplied parts must meet Build America Buy America requirements.
