What they need

MaterialsFirestone pads for the Gamma housing unit roof; Versico pads for all other roofs. No substitutions.
Specifications34 inches wide, minimum 150 mil thick, raised diamond plate tread, and safety yellow edges where available from the specified manufacturers.
InstallationManufacturer-approved Versico and/or Firestone installers required, as applicable. Preparation and installation must follow manufacturer specifications and meet applicable ASTM standards.
Site visitMandatory November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the facility. Confirm attendance with Erica Holler at (217) 322-3204 ext. 35043 at least 24 hours ahead. An employee of the quoting company and any subcontractor performing onsite work must attend.
Labor and schedulePrevailing wages apply. Complete installation by June 30, 2027.
