What the job is
Scope: Full sell-side advisory for multiple LP interests, including portfolio selection, valuation and reserve pricing, due diligence, buyer outreach, bid evaluation, negotiation, and transfer coordination through closing.
Reporting: Regular transaction progress reports and secondary market updates.
Qualifications: Experience advising institutions with at least $10 billion in assets and executing over $5 billion in private equity secondary transactions in the past three years, including buyout, venture, growth, and fund-of-fund interests.
Pricing: Provide project-based fixed fees and hourly rates for additional services, guaranteed for the engagement term, including all travel and related expenses. Fees must be paid in hard dollars, without investment-related commissions.
