Facility and term: Approximately 104,000 sq. ft.; five-year service term beginning November 1, 2026, or upon contract execution, whichever is later.
Routine service: Comprehensive Integrated Pest Management covering indoor rodents, insects and arachnids, outdoor pests that may infest the building, and stinging insect nests. Include routine monthly service pricing.
Methods and equipment: Prioritize non-pesticide controls, monitoring and indoor rodent trapping; provide all equipment and licensed applicators.
Startup: Initial inspection within 10 working days of the start date and a pest control plan within five business days afterward.
Additional service: Complete emergencies involving immediate harm within three hours and other special requests within 48 hours. Include time-and-materials rates.
Mandatory site visit: October 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the service address; attendance for the full visit is required.
Staffing: Services must be performed directly; subcontracting is not allowed.
