Platform and security: Minimum 99.9% uptime SLA, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, role-based access, identity and HRIS integrations, REST APIs, encrypted data, continental U.S. hosting, and SOC 2 Type II report or equivalent. Include a completed CAIQ-Lite security questionnaire.
Implementation and support: Six-month implementation beginning around February 1, 2027, including configuration, user imports, optional historical data migration, testing, staff training, and ongoing technical support.
Pricing: Separate implementation fees from annual subscription/maintenance costs for three initial years and five optional annual extensions. Identify add-ons and migration costs; hold initial-term pricing firm.
