What the job is
Acreage: 92.10 hay acres in 2027, 2029, and 2031; 104.70 hay acres in 2028 and 2030.
Cutting schedule: Hay only between July 1 and August 1. One cutting on 69.30 acres annually plus the alternating 14.90-acre or 27.50-acre field; multiple cuttings permitted on 7.90 acres.
Harvest requirements: Maintain at least 10 inches of stubble, bale from the field center outward, and remove bales within 7 days. Clean equipment before mowing or baling.
Maintenance: Provide labor, equipment, maintenance fertilizer, and invasive weed control in and immediately adjacent to fields. Dicamba is prohibited.
Pricing: Quote annual rent per acre and each year's total, plus the five-year total. Leasehold taxes and required insurance are the tenant's responsibility.
