What the job is
Position: New CHRO role overseeing an eight-person HR team supporting approximately 290 positions.
Planning and recruitment: Stakeholder meetings, recruitment timetable, job description review, and regional or national search targeting a diverse applicant pool, including direct outreach, advertising, recruitment materials, and applications through your website.
Screening and interviews: Rank applicants, facilitate semifinalist phone or video interviews, provide detailed candidate evaluations, support final interviews, and notify unsuccessful candidates.
Finalist checks: Verify education, employment, legal history, general conduct, and social media activity; review non-promotion job changes over the past 5–10 years; and conduct at least three professional reference checks per finalist.
Offer support: Assist with compensation negotiations and identify additional finalists if an offer is declined, continuing until acceptance.
Pricing: Include total and itemized fees, advertising and reimbursable expenses, payment schedule, applicable guarantees, and proposed completion timeline.
