Term: Three years, with assignments issued as needed.
Job analysis and test development: Job analyses, validated test content and answer keys, scoring/rescoring, validity and adverse-impact analyses, and digital/print study guides. Quote per title by supported job category, plus per-candidate scoring and appeals rates.
In-person testing: Provide accessible NYC testing sites, equipment, software, trained staff, security, technical support, and reporting. Quote per-title fees and all-inclusive per-candidate rates for 120–360-minute exams in 30-minute increments, across populations of 1–99, 100–999, 1,000–4,999, 5,000–9,999, and 10,000+.
Online testing: Secure platform supporting 5,000 simultaneous candidates, scalable to 10,000, with identity verification, proctoring, technical support, and reporting. Quote per-title fees and per-candidate rates for the same exam durations at proctor ratios of 1:1, 1:5, 1:10, 1:15, 1:20, and 1:25.
Schedule and security: Testing Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.; secure file transfers and confidential handling of test materials and candidate data.
