Services: USPAP-compliant appraisal reports, market rent appraisals, and appraisal reviews; USPAP/UASFLA-compliant appraisals if offered.
Properties: Vacant land and single- or multi-tenant improved properties, ranging from under 5,000 square feet of land to over 100,000 square feet of improvements.
Deliverables: Searchable PDF draft reports within 30 business days per assignment, revisions within three business days, and signed final reports with MAI sign-off.
Qualifications: At least 10 years of relevant experience and 75 NYC appraisal reports completed within the past three years; one MAI staff member plus five full-time NYS Certified General Appraisers, or three Certified General Appraisers and two NYS Residential or Trainee Appraisers.
Pricing: Provide fees per assignment by service, property size, and tenancy, including travel and data costs, plus DCF analysis fees and hourly meeting/testimony rates. Services are needed as requested over three years, with no guaranteed volume.
