Staffing: Licensed technicians who can pass facility background checks; one technician per visit unless additional staff are approved. No subcontracting.
Pricing: Provide quarterly maintenance and annual inspection pricing for each year, plus regular and overtime hourly repair rates. Include prevailing wages, travel, tools, and overhead; parts billed at cost with no separate mileage charges.
