Capacity: Approximately 60–70 pallet spaces accommodating 4 ft × 4 ft pallets, 10 ft tall and weighing 2,800 lbs each. Forklift and loading dock access for 53 ft trailers required.
Handling and inventory: Receiving, unloading, palletizing, wrapping, and perpetual inventory tracking by lot. Weekly withdrawals average 8–10 pallets, with picking from one case to a full lot; approximately six inventory turnovers annually.
Delivery: Bi-weekly deliveries to the B-Building loading dock, requested Thursdays between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., with 48 hours' notice. Include all handling and transportation costs; confirm delivery frequency assumptions in your quote.
Qualifications: Bonded warehouse operator with fire coverage equal to the replacement value of stored goods.
Service period: Space available within 10 days of signing, with service through June 30, 2029, and two optional one-year extensions.
