Volume and pricingQuote an all-inclusive price per case delivered using an estimated 130,000 cases for the initial year; identify any applicable extended-storage and special-service rates separately.
StorageMinimum 40,000 square feet with dry, refrigerated (32–40°F), and frozen (0°F or below) storage, plus capacity for peak inbound loads.
DeliveriesAt least every two weeks, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–2:30 p.m., to designated indoor staging areas. Fleet capacity must support at least 50 truckloads per week and unloading at small sites.
OperationsMaintain lot-level traceability, first-in/first-out rotation, electronic inventory and delivery reports, two dedicated coordinators, and a 24/7 emergency contact.
