What the job is
Term: March 1, 2027, or final execution if later, through February 28, 2032.
Annual acreage: 830.20 acres in 2027; 820.50 in 2028; 814.20 in 2029; 823.90 in 2030; 831.90 in 2031. Provide annual rent per acre and yearly totals, excluding leasehold taxes.
Farming requirements: Follow the prescribed corn, soybean, wheat and legume rotations; provide labor, equipment, seed and fertilizer. The lessee must personally farm the land.
Cover crops: Provide seed, planting and termination for 388.60–408.70 designated acres annually. No termination before March 15 or roller crimping after May 15.
Restrictions and maintenance: No double cropping, dicamba, neonicotinoid-treated soybean seed or biosolids. Maintain 33-foot field borders, 66-foot wildlife corridors, firebreaks and equipment access.
Soil and insurance: Maintain specified soil fertility and provide second-year soil testing. Carry general liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, auto liability of $1 million, and required workers' compensation.
Lease costs: The lessee pays annual rent and leasehold taxes and provides payment guarantees.
