- EquipmentInclude uniforms, equipped crew-cab patrol trucks, and an office within one mile of the harbor. Truck quantity requires clarification because the specifications list both two and three.
- Rate inclusionsInclude management, training, vehicles, office, benefits, insurance, overhead, and taxes. Separate annual equipment allowances total $15,000.
