What the job is
Term: 12 months, with two optional 12-month extensions.
Equipment: NEC Univerge SV9500 main and interisland PBXs, SV9100 remote systems, voicemail, telephone sets, cabling, UPS units and batteries.
Services: Preventive and corrective maintenance, normal-wear replacement parts, software fixes and maintenance subscriptions, plus monthly maintenance reports.
Staffing and response: At least one technician onsite Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding holidays; four-work-hour routine response, two-hour after-hours response and 24/7 emergency coverage. Please price for a one-hour emergency response.
Pricing: Monthly maintenance rate, separate per-request rates for moves, adds and changes (estimated 60 each), and an additional technician hourly rate (estimated 120 hours). Include labor, materials, travel, insurance and taxes.
Qualifications: Hawaii C-13, C-15 or C-15b license and appropriate system certifications.
